Host a Family Portrait Fundraiser

What do We need to Do?

• Choose a date - Weekends are usually best, but we do have limited weekday evenings available
• Choose a venue - You can either host studio portraits at your location (we bring our portable studio) OR host your portraits in a local park, beach or other public space. We recommend studio portraits, as outdoor photos are limited by weather and light, so we can't offer as many spaces.
• Advertise to families - We will provide printed flyers, printed posters, and digital flyers for your event to help with advertising!
• Once photo day is over, we will forward your fundraising to your nominated bank account, or make a payment on your behalf to a registered charity. 

How much will we earn?

• $25 per participating family, PLUS bonuses for every 25x participating families. ​
  • 10 families = $250
  • 20 families = $500
  • 25 families = $1,000 (inc $375 bonus)
  • 50 families = $2,000 (inc $750 bonus)
  • 75 families = $2,000 (inc $1,125 bonus)
  • 100 families = $5,000 (inc $2,500 bonus

What will families get?

Families pay $25 for their session (this is what goes towards your fundraising!) Here is what they will receive:

• A mini session with one of our highly experienced Family Portrait Photographers. Our team specialise in working with young families, and keeping sessions fast and fun, so that young children won't lose interest! Our sessions are usually either 10min or 15min. Most of our Family Portrait photographers have been at this for 10-20 years!
• A private online gallery to view their images (galleries are usually ready 3-5 business days after the photo day)
• $25 credit to spend in their gallery. The can use this to download one digital file if that's all they want, or they can use it towards purchasing a package of photos, or prints. 
• Memories to last a lifetime!
