Q: Can School age siblings attend for sibling photos?

Q: How long until photos will be ready?
A: Proofs are usually ready within 2 business days from the last photography day. Print packs are usually delivered within 2 weeks.
Q: What times will you be at the centre for photos?
A: The start time for your photos will be printed on the posters sent out to you before photo days. We start most shoots at 8:30am, and some we may start earlier or later as required/requested. Our finish time can vary a LOT, depending on the number of children we have to photograph that day, and how quickly we're able to get the smiling photos we need. We recommend families arrive before 10am at the latest on the first day of photography, and 9:30am on subsequent days to ensure they don't miss out.
Q: Which children will be photographed on which days?
A: We will aim to photograph all children from all rooms who are in attendance on the first day of photos (unless their family has specifically requested otherwise). We will then photograph all remaining children on the following days. Parents should be advised to dress their children for photos on the first photo day they attend.
Q: Will you take staff photos too?
A: Yes! Our service includes complimentary staff photos in print and digital format. Please advise staff they will need to have a photo so they're prepared, emotionally and physically ;)
Q: Some children will be away for photos. Will you do a catch up?
A: We are usually fully booked throughout the whole year, and don't always have space for a catch up. If the families are concerned about missing photos, they should get in touch with us via email ASAP (ideally before photo week) so that we can make arrangements for them. If a lot of children are away for photos (eg, due to illness in the centre) then we may be able to arrange a catch up, but usually our available times are only late mornings (10:30am-12pm).
