If you forgot or missed out on the cut off for this year's pre-paid orders for your centre, we have great news! You can still place an order online without contacting us!​ The ordering system will request your shipping address for us to mail the package to you directly. There are 2 options when shipping out late orders,  with ($20) or without ($10) tracking.

Common Queries

I've missed the cut off for ordering - Can I still get my child's photo? 
Yes! Late orders for photos taken in 2025 are still open. You can use the same ordering information which was provided before photos to place your order. There will be a small shipping fee applied at checkout for print orders. Click Here to order (if the page is password protected, you need to get the password from the centre. The centre has DEFINITELY shared the password online before photos were taken, so check your emails or child care communication app (Storypark, KindyHub etc)


I ordered Photos, but they're missing from the delivery to the centre?
​Please check your order confirmation email to make sure you did order a photo package, and paid for it. If your order was $0, you completed consent only, and did not successfully add a package to your order. You can still place an order using the same link and password provided prior to photos (or a late order link may have been supplied by the centre since photos were delivered, this is the exact same link/password). Use code FREESHIP at checkout and we will waive shipping costs if you accidentally missed adding the order to your cart. Click Here to order (you will need your centre password).

​Can I view my child's photo before ordering?
We operate of a pre-paid ordering basis. For regular child care class photos, MOST centres have a large board with all of the children's photos on it which you can view prior to ordering. This is the photo we have available for pruchase

​I have not received my digital file which I ordered?
For Pre-Paid Digital Files: There is a password on the sticker on the front of your photo package, and instructions to download the file.
For Pre-Paid Digital Only Orders: A card has been delivered to the centre with the instructions to download your digital file. Please request this from the centre.
For Late Order Digital Files: We send these files via email when we process your order. Please check your inbox AND Spam/Junk folder before contacting us.
